Criminal lawyer and Partner of the firm DELMANTO ADVOCACIA CRIMINAL, founded in 1937, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Largo São Francisco in 1991, where he obtained in 1997 a master's degree and, in 2003, the title of Doctor of Law of Criminal Procedure under the guidance of Professor Dr. Roger Lauria Tucci.

He is co-author of the best seller "CÓDIGO PENAL COMENTADO" (Criminal Code Reviewed), with more than 500.000 books sold, which is in its 8th edition (Saraiva, 2010, Brazil) and co-author of the book "LEIS PENAIS ESPECIAIS COMENTADAS" (Criminal Laws Reviewed), which is in its 2nd edition (Saraiva, 2013).
