Criminal lawyer and Partner of the firm DELMANTO ADVOCACIA CRIMINAL, founded in 1937, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Largo São Francisco in 1991, where he obtained in 1997 a master's degree and, in 2003, the title of Doctor of Law of Criminal Procedure under the guidance of Professor Dr. Roger Lauria Tucci.

It is reelected Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association (Section of São Paulo)  for the trienniums (2013/2015) and (2010/2012).

He is the President of the Board of Trustees of the São Paulo Bar Association School of Law - ESA (2012/2015).

On 2013 assumed a chair at the São Paulo Secretary of Justice State Commission for the Eradication of the Traffic of People and Slavery.

Lecturer at the Postgraduate course at FGV / LAW in Sao Paulo (since 2006).  In 2011, he was visiting professor at the Paulista School of Magistrates - EPM.

At the Higher Military Court of Brazil, he was a lecturer in the congresses promoted by the Court in the years 2010 and 2011.

Lecturer in international and national congresses throughout Brazil.

Due to the intense participation in the Department of Culture and Events of OAB / SP, received in October 2011, the honorable "Laurea of Cultural Merit".

With a known presence on several TV Channels like TV GLOBO and press media giving legal opinions, has published several articles in the newspapers "Folha de S.  Paulo", "O Estado de Sao Paulo" and "O Globo".

Founder, in 2011, the Institute Delmanto, dedicated to the discussion of major issues involving freedom, security and the press before the Criminal Law, was Secretary General and Scientific Coordinator of the "I FORUM INSTITUTE Delmanto of Criminal Law: FREEDOM, SECURITY AND PRESS" at the headquarters of FECOMERCIO, SP, from 22 to 24 September 2011, which gathered nearly 700 people, with the cover of TV Globo.

He is co-author of the best seller "CÓDIGO PENAL COMENTADO" (Criminal Code Reviewed), with more than 500.000 books sold, which is in its 8th edition (Saraiva, 2010, Brazil) and co-author of the book "LEIS PENAIS ESPECIAIS COMENTADAS" (Criminal Laws Reviewed), which is in its 2nd edition (Saraiva, 2013).

He is also author of the following books:

He taught courses in the graduate School of Law of the Candido Mendes University in Rio de Janeiro, and the Faculty of Law, Catholic University of Santos.

He has authored numerous articles published in the Courts, in Journal of Criminal Science, Journal of Public Prosecution in the Mato Grosso, and essays published in newsletters and journals.
