Recent Activity

a) We are currently representing  ZURICH, MAPFRE and PENTA in a a US$ 150 million arbitration regarding a loss in Nehuenco I Power Plant, owned by COLBÚN.
b) We represent CHARTIS in an ongoing litigation pursuing an US$ 82,5 million recovery from ABB and others, exercising subrogation actions.
c) We are also representing ZURICH, MAPFRE, RSA and PENTA SECURITY in a US$ 50 million arbitration regarding a fire loss following 2010 earthquake which involves the largest Chilean distributor for the retail market.
d) We are currently assisting CHARTIS and LIBERTY in the adjustment of a US$ 150-200 million loss that affected La Higuera Power Plant in August 2011.
e) We are assisting ZURICH during the adjustment of a US$ 100 million loss that affected Santa María Power Plant, owned by COLBÚN.
f) We are currently assisting CHARTIS during the adjustment of a US$ 10 million loss that affected the Campanario Power Plant  in March 2011.
