Tat Lim

Tat began his legal career in 1989 after completing his pupillage at M/s Shook Lin & Bok. After 13 years of practice in law firms in Singapore, he started his own practice in 2002 and is a founding partner of Aequitas Law LLP.

Tat enjoys a wide spectrum of practice, ranging from corporate and commercial advisory and restructuring and compliance to dispute resolutions involving construction, intellectual property, real estate, management corporation strata title and commercial matters. He has extensive experience in dispute resolutions, litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Tat is an independent director of a public listed company. He is also actively involved in the Law Society's Civil Practice Committee and the Anglo-Chinese School Old Boys’ Association.
