Amy Chin
Amy Chin, one of the founders of LCS & Partners, has extensive transactional experience in capital markets and M&A. During 2005 and 2006, Ms. Chin was appointed by the ROC President to act as one of the nine Commissioners of the ROC Financial Supervisory Commission (“FSC”), the single financial regulator of capital markets in Taiwan. During her term with the FSC she supervised the Legal Department. Ms. Chin currently acts as senior advisor of LCS. In 2009, 2010, and 2011, respectively, Ms. Chin was selected as a Leading Individual in both M&A and capital markets by The Legal 500.
