Mauricio Ariboni

Ariboni, Fabbri & Schmidt Sociedade de Advogados is an intellectual property and corporate law firm based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a further presence in Rio de Janeiro. Mauricio Ariboni brings more than three decades of experience to the practice. He holds a law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and completed postgraduate studies in International Trade Law in Turin, Italy. His work spans intellectual property, licensing and technology transfer, and franchising, alongside corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate, foreign capital and Central Bank compliance, and anti-piracy enforcement.
