Shaun O’Shea

Shaun O'Shea is a partner and head of the corporate, commercial and M&A group at Beauchamps LLP, one of Ireland's established full-service law firms, based in Dublin. His leadership of the corporate practice was recognised when the firm was named Corporate Law Firm of the Year in Ireland at the Corporate INTL Global Awards 2025, an accolade that reflects both the depth of his own experience and the strength of the team he directs.

Mr O'Shea's principal area of expertise is corporate transactions.
