Mr. Rolf’s practice focuses on intellectual property, European Union law, and civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Rolf has comprehensive advocacy experience in German state courts and courts of appeals. His spectrum of cases includes numerous applications for specific performance, compliance and actions for monetary damages. Mr. Rolf has lodged various applications for injunctive relief in intellectual property matters and has litigated various unfair competition and false advertising cases. He has prosecuted and defended many types of trademark and design lawsuits as well as copyright infringement procedures which include antitrust defense. Mr. Rolf is coordinating international patent litigation pending in the U.S. and the E.U. He has prosecuted and defended business torts and corporate frauds. Mr. Rolf was successful in an appeal to the German Supreme Civil Court (BGH) argued before the Supreme Court.
