Chad David Roberts was born in Nassau in 1974. In 1996, Mr. Roberts graduated Magna Cum Laude from Taylor University in Indiana, USA where he received his BS in Accounting Systems. Mr. Roberts continued studies at Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida earning his Juris Doctor in December 1998; later earning a Certificate in Legal Education from the Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau, Bahamas in 2000. Mr. Roberts was called to the Florida Bar in 1999 and The Bahamas Bar in 2000. Mr. Roberts has memberships with The Bahamas Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association and The American Bar Association. Mr. Roberts joined Callenders & Co. as an Associate in late 1999 and quickly established himself as a respected Conveyancing Attorney in the Bahamas. In 2006 Mr. Roberts became a partner at Callenders & Co., the same Firm he began his career with. Mr. Roberts practices Conveyancing and Real Property Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Employment Law, Immigration Law and Telecommunications Law. Recently, Mr. Roberts was also named the leading corporate law expert in The Bahamas by Global Law Experts (GLE), joining only 2000 attorneys worldwide and the only one in The Bahamas to hold the 'country's best in corporate law' title through September 2012. Mr. Roberts is very active in his community and currently sits of the Board of Directors of St. Andrew’s School, the International School of the Bahamas.
