Since,1994 this is a specialized division of the Intellectual Property area at Law Firm Casco & Asociados founded by Dr. Andres Casco Rivera in 1943, who designed a law office dedicated to law services in general and notary litigation. At the moment Bufete Casco & Asociados renders services to the local and international community in the areas of commercial law, contracts, civil responsibility, arbitration and conciliation.

The division of trademarks, patents, creates the denomination Casco & Casco S.A. which expanded rapidly representing important North American, European, Asian and Latin American companies exclusively dedicated to the protection of industrial property.

The Firm is at the moment being  handled by Lesbia R.Casco, partner and co-founder, and by the attorneys Tania Casco and Andrea Casco.
