Imre Béla

Dancea and Associates Attorneys at Law (Dancea si Asociatii Societate Civila de Avocati) is a medium-sized law firm founded at the end of 2013. Attorney Dancea Cristian, the managing partner of the law firm has been a member of the Harghita County Bar of Lawyers since 2002.

After an activity of nine years, due to the high volume and complexity of the professional services provided, he founded the law firm with his partner Imre Béla. Besides them the law firm’s legal expertise is ensured by a team consisting of two associate lawyers and one junior associate, their work being supported by clerical staff.

The firm’s offices are situated on the second and third floor of a three storey building in the historical centre of the town of Odorheiu Secuiesc, Harghita County, deep in the heart of Transylvania, Romania.

The firm’s activity is mainly focused on commercial law, civil law, labour law, family law and criminal law, catering to its clients’ needs with extended up to date professional knowledge and years of practical experience in the field of transportation law, administrative law and intellectual property law as well.

In addition, the firm’s activity includes establishing and modifying companies, legal consulting and drafting other typical and atypical contracts for our clients. The firm provides legal services to several companies in the frame of a continuous collaboration as well.

The firm’s activity is mainly focused on corporate and regulatory law, public procurement and fiscal law, targeting first of all national and European companies, small and medium sized enterprises, public institutions and authorities and other legal entities such as associations and foundations. It has established and maintains strong relations with the local and regional administrative authorities.
