Dr. Anuphan is a distinguished graduate of Thammasat University Law School (LL.M. Business Law & LL.B. (honors)). He earned his Ph.D. from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).

Dr. Anuphan has over 30 years experience in advising local and multi-national companies in tax and business laws. He provides tax and legal advice on the development and (re) structuring of businesses and investments as well as cross- border and domestic trade transactions covering tax, customs and transfer pricing transactions, business transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and financial products and transactions.
