Mr. Monchai is a distinguished graduate of Chulalongkorn University Law School (LL.B). He earned his Master of Law (LLM) and Master of Comparative Laws (MCL) from Tulane University, New Orleans, USA.
Mr. Monchai has more than 15 years of experience in advising both local and multi-national companies on tax and legal matters to help them effectively run their businesses. He has been extensively involved with cross-border transactions, e.g. setting up business vehicles, advising direct and indirect taxes for operational efficiency. He is also recognized for his expertise in the customs valuation areas, and has been invited to speak publicly on customs valuation issues.
