Gjergji Gjika graduated from the Law School of the University of Tirana in 2004. Following graduation he joined in 2004 as an associate a well known Albanian law firm. Mr. Gjika became a member of the Albanian Bar Association in 2006, and in 2010 he became an authorized trademark agent as well as an authorized representative of the European Patent Office. In 2008, Mr. Gjika joined Drakopoulos Law Firm as an associate and in 2010 he became a partner. His experience includes assistance and consultation of different businesses operating in Albania, whether local or foreign, as well as multinational companies. He has several years of experience in commercial law, IP law, corporate law, public law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, competition law, commercial law, etc.
