E. Ann Henry KC, Principal of EAH Business & Legal Solutions in Antigua and Barbuda, has been named Industrial Relations Advisory Expert of the Year in Antigua and Barbuda at the 2024 Corporate INTL Global Awards. The recognition reflects her standing as one of the Eastern Caribbean's most experienced practitioners in industrial relations and employment matters, and her long record of advising organisations on the resolution and prevention of workplace disputes. For a lawyer whose career has been closely bound up with the development of the profession in her jurisdiction, the award is a fitting acknowledgement of sustained excellence in a demanding and specialised field.

Ms Henry was admitted to practise in 1981, having completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, in 1979 and the Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School in 1981. Over the course of a career spanning more than four decades she has been admitted to practise in Antigua and Barbuda, the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla and Montserrat, giving her a genuinely regional perspective on the law and the ability to advise clients whose interests reach across several Eastern Caribbean territories. In September 2012 she was elevated to the rank of Queen's Counsel, now King's Counsel, a mark of the seniority, judgement and distinction she has attained at the Bar.
