EYE-LAW CHAMBERS was founded in 2017 from the fusion of a number of experts’ medicolegal practices. We provide high quality medicolegal services exclusively for eye and vision-related cases. EYE-LAW CHAMBERS provides expert opinion on all aspects of eye and vision-related matters. We have expertise that is of use in both the Civil and Criminal Courts. Our experts have assisted not only in the Courts of England and Wales, but also the jurisdictions of the Scottish, Northern Ireland Courts. We have acted in various Tribunal cases. Our experience extends to the Courts of the Republic of Ireland, and we have assisted in cases in mainland Europe, Africa and Asia. We can provide fixed-fee screening reports, as well as reports on Causation & Liability and Condition and Prognosis. We are happy to be instructed by lawyers worldwide, but will consider instructions by litigants-in-person only if domiciled in England and Wales other than in exceptional circumstances. Please note that overseas clients will be asked for a deposit in account.
