Adam M. Klotz

Mr. Klotz specializes in corporate and business transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, licensing, and the structuring, formation, and financing of complex domestic and international business ventures. Particularly skilled at providing strategic and business guidance and planning for business transitions, Mr. Klotz has worked primarily for clients in the IP-driven technology and entertainment sectors, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to private equity and venture capital funds to start-ups and individual entrepreneurs. During 2007 and 2008, Mr. Klotz also served as President of his internationally recognized client StandardVision, LLC, which develops and manages large, high definition LED displays integrated into the architecture of landmark buildings. FMA LLP previously was affiliated with GTC Law Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Klotz practiced at Riordan & McKinzie (now Bingham McCutcheon LLP) and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Mr. Klotz holds a B.A. in English Literature, cum laude, from Columbia College in the City of New York and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
