Furthermore, acts as legal advisor and representative in Nicaragua for Inter American Investment Corporation (IIC) and Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). Served as Executive Secretary for the Private Banking Association of Nicaragua from January 1993 to February 2000. Expert in Corporate Law, Banking and Finance and Intellectual Property
