Alain Frenkel

Practice Areas: Alain Frenkel is an expert in tax litigation. His practice focuses on assisting taxpayers facing tax audits, negotiating out-of-court settlements with the tax administration and, if it cannot be avoided, representing clients in proceedings brought before various tax commissions, administrative, civil and/or criminal courts.

Career: Co-founded Veil Jourde in 1990 where he was a Partner until 2003 ; taught tax law at University Paris X Nanterre, then at University Paris IX Dauphine and at Sciences-Po Paris ; gives numerous conferences on tax audit and litigation, tax incentives and corporate tax ; Member of the Tax Commission of AFEP (Association Française des Entreprises privées) since 1991; Co-founded Frenkel & Associés in 2004.

Personal: IEP(Sciences-Po Paris)and University Paris II. Masters in public and private law. Doctorate (PhD) in law, lauréat de l'Université.
