Biography
Lincoln D. Gomez is based in the Aruba office. He is admitted to the Bar in Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Saba and St. Esuattius.. He holds degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Saint Leo University, Tampa, Florida and a law degree from the University of Aruba. He also holds an LL.M. in international tax from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California.

He is co-founder and managing-partner of Gomez & Bikker. His practice concentrates on Aruba corporate law, intellectual property, aviation finance & registration, labor law, real estate, civil litigation and international tax. He is an author and lecturer on Aruba law and international tax. His publications are in the areas of: the Civil Code of Aruba, labor laws, intellectual property, aviation finance, international tax and corporate law.

Additional Positions
He is a past President of the Aruba Bar Association and has held various executive positions in local as well as international trade and professional organisations
