Ms. Moshynska graduated from Kiev Polytechnic University (Ukraine) as an electromechanical engineer specialized in monitoring and navigations systems, then from Moscow Central Institute of Intellectual Property.
She was working in the State Committee on Discoveries and Invention, then as a deputy director of Science-And-Research Center of Patent Examination of Ukrainian Patent Office. Ms. Moshynska was a member of the Ukrainian Governmental Delegation which signed TLT in WIPO, Geneva (Switzerland).
After attestation as a patent attorney she organized her own patent agency.
Ms. Moshynska had a probation period during Enforcement of Patent Rights seminar and obtained ЕРО certificate.
Ms. Moshynska is a founder, the first President and a member of Ukrainian Patent Attorney Association, a member of AIPPI, LESI and INTA.
She had numerous rewards from Ukrainian Patent Office and a medal devoted to 15th anniversary of the state intellectual property system for her contribution in development of the IP system.
Ms. Moshynska speaks German and English. She takes part in conferences and seminars in Ukraine and abroad.
