Business Formation – we provide advice on entity formation and selecting the appropriate business structure based on tax considerations and ownership requirements. We counsel and assist clients in the legal aspects of management under Polish law, including meetings of shareholders and management, loans and credit facilities, dividends. We assist in carrying out all necessary operations involving share capital, such as increase or decrease of share capital, amortization of shares, debt conversion in exchange for shares, additional payments to the company and other ways to restructure company debt.

Tax and Accounting – we advise on tax ramifications of engaging in business. We also offer complex bookkeeping and financial services which include filings to the tax office, social security institution (ZUS), preparation of financial statements and payroll management.

Bankruptcy & Reorganization – we help to carry out all necessary actions for reorganization or restructuring of companies. We also provide legal assistance in all legal issues and stages of bankruptcy proceedings.

Public Procurement Law – we advise on the most effective strategies for participating in public procurement proceedings and bidding. We help to prepare applications for participation in public procurement proceedings and tenders. We represent clients at arbitration hearings and before the Polish Public Procurement Office.

We have served as attorneys of trust (Vertrauensanwalt) for the Consulate General of the Republic of Austria in Krakow, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and as an attorney for the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Krakow.
