Katrin joined Graf & Partners LLP in 2004 and is a full partner since 2007. She heads the firm’s labour law and labour litigation department.
Katrin advises on all matters of German labour and employment law which is – from a US employer’s perspective – extremely employee friendly, which often causes US and UK owned businesses to make costly mistakes in the areas of employee rights, dismissals, employee’s intellectual property rights etc. Katrin counsels the German HR departments of many international firms, from the automotive industry to pharmaceutical companies.
