Sourav Dan is Counsel in the Intellectual Property practice group at Khaitan & Co, one of India's oldest and most prominent full-service law firms, based in Mumbai. Dan brings more than a decade of experience in intellectual property law across multiple industry sectors, advising both domestic and international companies, including technology-focused startups. His practice covers IP transactions and advisory work, open-source software advisory and compliance, the negotiation of commercial IP agreements, contentious matters, technology laws, and domestic and international IP prosecution.
