Svetlana Neceva

Law Office Pepeljugoski is founded in year 1999 by Dr. Valentin Pepeljugoski and for a short time period became one of the five best and most famous law offices in Republic of Macedonia. Today it is a multidisciplinary law office that covers all legal areas of the civil and criminal law. The office is specialized for working in the field of intellectual property rights, unfair competition, telecommunication, media and advertisement. It is highly important to mention that a part of our everyday work is the company law, respectively trade law, customs law, corporate governance, contract law, finance law, tax law, consumers law etc. Nowadays as one of our most prestigious clients are famous companies in the energetic sector in the Republic of Macedonia which opens a new business field for our team.

Svetlana Neceva is born in 1981 in Skopje. Graduated at  Faculty of Law at University "St. Kiril and Metodij" - Skopje in 2005, as one of the best students in her generation. Passed judicial and attorney exam in 2008. Worked as advisor from 2006,  and from 2009 is Attorney at law in law office PEPELJUGOSKI.  At the moment she is on master studies for MBA Management at Faculty of Economy at University “St. Kiril and Metodij" Skopje. Speaks fluently English and Serbian language and knows German language.

She is member of Macedonian Bar association.  She is also contributor of DOING BUSINESS-Making a difference for Entrepreneurs-The World Bank project.

As a employee of the Law office Pepeljugoski-winner of the Best Deal of 2007 by Trade Finance Magazine-special confession for the participation  in the project TE-TO-Skopje Power Plant.

Took apart in many projects concerning foreign investment, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, concessions,  civil procedures, corporate governance, energetic projects and etc.
