Morden C. Lazarus

Mr. Lazarus received his law degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 1965, and founded the law firm of LAZARUS, CHARBONNEAU, where he has practiced law since 1967. Mr. Lazarus has been a practicing gaming Attorney and has acted as legal counsel to numerous casino properties and gaming manufacturing companies located in Canada, Aruba, Antigua, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Atlantic City, New Jersey and Las Vegas, Nevada. He also serves as legal counsel to many I-gaming companies offering all forms of Internet gaming advice from jurisdictions such as Kahnawake, Malta, Antigua, Cyprus and the Isle of Man. He is the only Canadian gaming lawyer who has been appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys ("I.A.G.A."), based in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1980, and formerly occupied the officer position of President of "I.A.G.A.". He is the first non-U.S.A. person to occupy the position of President of "I.A.G.A.". He has also served as Chairman of the Gaming Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). Mr. Lazarus is also a member in good standing with the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).
