Jon Wyness
Jon Wyness, the Senior Partner and founder of MW Trade Marks, brings more than 35 years’ experience in the IP sector. His career includes senior roles at prominent organisations, such as British American Tobacco, Rothmans and Richemont, where he honed his expertise in brand creation, protection strategies, global enforcement and licensing programmes. In addition, Mr Wyness served as a Senior Trade Mark Attorney at Baker & McKenzie, one of the world's leading international law firms. His contributions to the field have been recognised with such accolades as "Leading Trade Mark Lawyer of the Year, UK" at the Legal Adviser Awards 2019, as well as "Trade Mark Lawyer of the Year" at the ACQ5 Global Awards 2019.
