Justo F.  Norman (68) graduated in Law.  He is a partner of Maciel, Norman & Asociados Law Office in Buenos Aires (1991) with extensive experience in the general practice of law and in the fields of energy, natural resources, oil and gas regulations and environmental issues.  He is also renowned in the litigation and international arbitration fields.  He is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) where he has served as Regional Secretary (2001-2004); the International Bar Association (IBA); and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.  He has represented and currently represents companies such as Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, ANR Pipeline Company (Coastal), Apache Corporation, BHP Petroleum (Americas) Inc., British Gas, Devon Energy Corporation, Parker Drilling, and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas).  He is a Regular Director of Noranda Exploración Argentina S.A., Petronas Argentina S.A. and Apache Petrolera Argentina S.A., among others.  He is also a member of the Statutory Syndic Committee of Petrobras Energía  S.A. and Petrobras Energia Participaciones S.A.
