Arshad Tayebaly, B.Com., FBA, LL.B., LL.M. (London), Advocate High Court and Supreme Court, has been practicing law for over 20 years and is a Senior Partner at Mohsin Tayebaly & Co.

Arshad M. Tayebaly having taken advantage of his LL.M. Course from Kings College London in 1990 with major emphasis on financial, corporate and banking law and international business transactions is exclusively responsible for all litigation matters of the Firm. He appears before the Supreme Court and the High Courts of the Country and supervises all litigation matters before the Banking Court and District Court level, which are attended by other associates.

Arshad M. Tayebaly has successfully handled several important litigation matters inter alia relating to Company Law, Insurance Law, Shipping, Banking, Property and Real Estate matters. He is considered to be the leading expert in Corporate and Real Estate litigation matters. Many of the decisions in litigation matters handled by him are reported in Law Journals. Arshad M. Tayebaly is also involved in drafting, opining and advising on commercial, banking and financial matters and specializes in opining and advising in matters relating to property / security documentation, rent laws and company matters. Arshad M. Tayebaly has also been substantially involved in assisting Financial Advisors to the Government of Pakistan in the privatization matters. He also heads the Real Estate / Conveyancing department of our firm.

Arshad M. Tayebaly has recently represented 14 telecommunication companies with issues pertaining to the International Clearing House (ICH) with the Ministry of Information and Technology, Pakistan Telecommunications (PTA) and the Competition Commission of Pakistan. He is presently representing these companies in matters before the High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. 

Mr Arshad M. Tayebaly is also a member of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and has been handling several arbitration matters under the ICC Rules of Arbitration, Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre as well as the rules of International Cotton Association, Liverpool, UK.
