Abdulla Dudhia

Mr Dudhia is a legal practitioner with over 50 years experience.  He was called to the bar of Lincoln’s Inn, London in May 1961 and attained the degree of an Utter Barrister.

In 1965, he was admitted as an Advocate in the High Court of Zambia and in 1966 together with his cousin, they formed Musa Dudhia and Company which now makes it one of the oldest and well known firms in Zambia.

He served on the Board of Barclays Bank Zambia for over 17 years before retiring in 1994.  Represented Zambia at cricket and was the President of the Zambia Cricket Union and Hon. Secretary of the East African Cricket Conference.  Abdulla has particular expertise in conveyancing, commercial transactions and Bank Security Documents.

He was part of Zambia Privatisation of State Owned Enterprises, Corporations and Mines, advising the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) group and other companies, including foreign owned entities, on diverse corporate regulatory matters.
