Lasha Nodia - Managing Partner / Director
Lasha Nodia has extensive experience in working as an attorney. He is CEDR accredited mediator and Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a chairman of the real estate committee of Georgian Business Association.
In 1996-2005, he worked at JSC Bank Republic Societe Generale Group as a head of legal department. In 1999 – 2001 he was the member of audit committee of Georgian Young Lawyers Association. At the same time, he gave lectures on Commercial Law.
Since 2006 Lasha Nodia acts as a Managing Partner and Director of Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners, ltd, which is a leading business law firm in Georgia providing full-range of legal services in all fields of commercial law.
Lasha Nodia advises national and international clients on corporate matters with focus on M&A, insolvency and restructuring, banking law, real estate transactions and tax law. He acts as a counsel to companies and to its shareholders and by becoming a member of their team helps them to make right decisions quickly and efficiently.
Besides his native Georgian, he speaks Russian and English.
