Kwadwo qualified from the University of Botswana in 1999. He commenced his practice with one of the leading corporate commercial practices in Botswana, where he remained for six years before joining Osei-Ofei Swabi & Co. as senior partner.

Kwadwo has been recently involved in a large tender dispute where he represented a party that was wrongfully excluded from a tender process but was eventually awarded the tender after a court order to that effect was obtained. He was the lead attorney in legal proceedings before the Competition Commission in a dispute that involved potentially a fine of approximately 10% of the client’s turnover, which dispute was through negotiations successfully resolved.
