Mike McKay

Mike spent the first 8 years of his career with Electronic Data Systems working as a consultant in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US. In 1995 he began consulting and spent 10 years managing multiple accounts as Director of the technology practice in Ireland  for a leading management consultant firm.

A co-founder Pathfinder in 2005, Mike is the Managing Partner.

Mike has significant experience in Programme Management, delivering large scale programmes, for Pathfinder clients in the Insurance, Banking, Publishing and Agri Food Sectors. He has worked with organisations including HBOS, AIG, Bank of Ireland, AIB, Golden Pages and Dairygold.

Mike is a keen Leinster and Ireland rugby supporter and 'enjoys' the odd round of golf.
