Anup Raj Upreti

Anup Raj Upreti is a Partner with Pioneer Law Associates. Has been working in the field of commercial laws since July 2002.  He regularly advises domestic and international clients in labor and employment laws, foreign investment laws, banking and financial laws, corporate and tax laws, and transactional matters including project finance, drafting of commercial documents. He also had assisted the law firm's Senior Partner in various legal reform-related projects. Among his recent activities, he advised the IFC on its US$ 10 Million loan to a domestic airlines company; advised TeliaSonera Group on its most recent acquisition of controlling stake of Spice Nepal Pvt. Limited (second largest GSM operator in Nepal).  Anu received his Bachelor of Laws in 2002 and an L.L.M. in 2006.
