Dott. Francesco Senatore

Dott. Francesco Senatore heads the Italian desk of the law firm ROSE & PARTNER at the offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Milan; he leads the international practice of our German-Italian firm since 2006.

With his knowledge of the German and Italian legal systems, both languages and the corresponding intercultural competence, Dott. Francesco Senatore is able to represent clients successfully in cross-border legal matters between Germany and Italy and vice versa. He uses his admission to practice law in both countries and his special dual qualification in particular for real estate, inheritance, commercial and labour law matters.

The main activity of Dott. Francesco Senatore, for example in real estate and inheritance matters, concerns the protection of clients’ interests in connection with the transfer of assets. In the field of commercial law Dott. Francesco Senatore advises on contracts between companies in both countries. In labour law Dott. Francesco Senatore advises, for example, on employment agreements and termination, including legal actions relating to dismissal.

Dott. Francesco Senatore was born in Calabria in southern Italy. He spent his youth not far from Milan where he completed his legal studies in Italy with the degree Dottore in Legge. While looking for another challenge he moved to Germany, learned German, and studied law at the University of Kiel. After passing the first state law examination he participated in the postgraduate commercial law program at the University of Hamburg. Dott. Francesco Senatore completed his legal clerkship by different Courts in Hamburg, at the Authority for Economy of the City of Hamburg and by Unilever Germany. After passing the second state exam in law he first gained experience as in-house counsel before becoming a founding partner of the law firm ROSE & PARTNER.
