Experience:
He is been head of the tax department area of several important law firms in Perú, and in charge of the legal department of LGS Consultores.

Expertise in international taxation, tax planning and sectorial taxation.

Experience as tax consultant, tax investigation proceedings and in administrative proceedings.

Participated in the drafting of the Peruvian form of agreement to avoid double taxation and has been consulted on different bills to be approved by the Peruvian Congress.

Member of Academia Tributaria de las Américas, Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario (IPDT), Instituto Peruano de Investigación y Desarrollo Tributario (IPIDET) and of Asociación Fiscal Internacional (IFA). Former member of the consulting committee of tax law of the Colegio de Abogados de Lima and member of the academic counsel of the Latin American tax law journal.

Author of “Fundamentos de Derecho Tributario”, co-author of “Tratado de Derecho Tributario” and “Código Tributario: Doctrina y Comentarios”, also participated in collective publishings such as “Estudios de Derecho Tributario Constitucional e Internacional, Homenaje Latinoamericano a Víctor Uckmar”, “Teoria Geral Da Obrigação Tributária: Estudos em Homenagem ao Profesor José Souto Mayor Borges” and “Temas de Derecho Tributario y de Derecho Público: Libro Homenaje a Armando Zolezzi Moller”.

Teaching Experience:
Professor of tax law at the Business and Accounting School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and of Tax Legislation at the Law School of the same university. Professor of Imposición al Consumo at the Masters Program in Taxation and Fiscal Policy of Universidad de Lima and lecturer at courses organized by Instituto de Administración Tributaria y Aduanera (IATA) of the Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT).
