Tarik Bouziane

Tarik Bouziane is the founder of RSM Morocco and its Managing Partner. As such, he has the responsibility of all the management issues which includes technical and compliance. Then leading the team and directing new initiatives on business lines and client services.  He is also the International Contact Partner for RSM International. Tarik has been working with internationally active clients, mainly in relation to audit, financial reporting and due diligence since 1995. As such, he has led successfully many complex cross border audit and financial reporting assignments, especially across Morocco and France. He is therefore able to add value to the audit process for the client by identifying key risks to the business and ensuring that these are included in the audit and reporting process. This improves the quality and usefulness of reports to audit committees and enables the client to react in a timely manner to changes in the business and risk profile.
