Mohammed Forrukh Rahman

Mr. Mohammed Forrukh Rahman LLB(London), PGCertLaw(Commercial & Corporate)(London), FHKIArb, is a Barrister of Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is the head of chambers of Rahman’s Chambers since 2006. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, and in particular construction and investment and commercial arbitration. He regularly advises and appears as Counsel before Supreme Court, Lower Courts, various Tribunals of Bangladesh and arbitration. In particular, he has argued a number of the leading and ground-breaking cases in Commercial and Admiralty matters. He is an associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. Mr. Rahman is a CEDR (UK) Accredited Mediator.
