Willy Rubeya

Willy Rubeya is the Managing Partner of Rubeya & Co-Advocates. Willy has more than 12 years' legal experience, with significant experience in public private partnerships and concessions. He has been involved in the improvement of the business sector and has been a member of various official missions aimed at stimulating investment into Burundi.

Willy is highly recommended from clients in the infrastructure projects and focuses on infrastructure and finance projects, concession agreements, telecommunications, procurement and mining.

Career

Willy Rubeya’s career began in Burundi in 2001 when he became a member of Burundi Bar Association. He started Rubeya & Co - Advocates five years later.
