Mr. Satish Kumar Srivastav founded S. K. Srivastav & Co. in 1985. He specializes in Civil, Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution & Intellectual Property matters. Mr. Srivastav also has a certificate to practice as Solicitor in Supreme Court of England & Wales. He was awarded Fellowship by the International Bar Association (IBA). He is also appointed as a Special Counsel for representing the State of Maharashtra in the High Court, Bombay.

EXPERIENCE
Practicing since 1985 at Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India and Supreme Court of England & Wales. Appeared and handled matters in various Courts in India. He has a vast experience in Civil, Corporate Writ and Commercial matters and is retained as a Legal Counsel by a large number of Business Houses. He also acts as an Arbitrator and is an accrediated Adjudicator and Mediator of considerable experience.
