Mr. Lam’s Personal Profile

Mr. Lam was born and educated in Hong Kong. After graduating from the University of Hong Kong he went on to London where he was articled with KPMG. Upon becoming a Chartered Accountant, he returned to work for KPMG Hong Kong. He has been a practicing accountant for over 25 years and is the founder of S. L. Lam & Company (the Firm). He has served as a member of the Insider Dealing Tribunal on a number of occasions. He is currently an independent non-executive director and audit committee member of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited, Le Saunda Holdings Limited and Kiu Hung Energy Holdings Limited whose securities are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
