Leslie Ann Seon

The Firm’s Principal and founder is Leslie-Ann Seon, a practicing Attorney-at-Law since 1993. Ms. Seon is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, both with Honours from the University of the West Indies, and the Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School. She has been admitted to practice at the Bars of Grenada, Barbados, and the British Virgin Islands. Ms. Seon’s major areas of practice are in the fields of corporate and commercial law, insolvency, conveyancing and real estate, transactional and advisory work, mortgages and finance, employment law, and civil litigation.

She has worked frequently with regional and international law firms as Grenada Counsel in regional and international corporate commercial and real estate transactions, and has done extensive work in cross–border multi-jurisdictional insolvency proceedings.

Ms. Seon has frequently conducted negotiations with Government and relevant Government agencies on foreign direct investment projects.

Ms. Seon previously served as:-

* President of the Senate

* Acting Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Grenada Airport Authority

* Chairman of the Child Welfare Authority

* Director of the Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce

She is the current Chairman of the Grenada Industrial Development Corporation, a member of the General Legal Council, and a member of the Steering Committee for the establishment of a Grenada Group Home for Boys.
