Alan Galbraith KC

Mr Galbraith’s expertise spans a wide array of practice areas, including competition and fair trading, contract, civil, government and commercial disputes, insurance and IP. He has appeared in numerous high-profile cases, such as Proprietors of Wakatu v Attorney-General, Bathurst Resources Ltd v L&M Coal Holdings and Attorney-General v Strathboss.
