Khieu Mealy

Khieu Mealy joined SokSiphana&associates as a Partner in 2012 when the firm joined ZICO Law network. She has extensive experience in corporate banking, intellectual property and real estate.

She is also part of the first generation of qualified registered trademark agents and arbitrators at the National Commercial Arbitration Center. Currently she sits as panel lawyer for multiple banks, and is also well-versed in providing practical legal solutions for clients who require strategic business and investment advice. She was recognized as a Leading Lawyer, Intellectual Property, Asialaw Profiles, 2018, Leading Lawyer, Construction and Real Estate, Asialaw Profiles, 2017-2018.

She has represented publicly listed real estates companies in a full range of real estates and related transactions, and covered litigation and arbitration, ranging from personal rights to commercial disputes and corporate concerns.

Mealy has also been involved in law reform and acted as an advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia on a variety of land and agricultural matters, particularly the Land Law Implementation Project and the Agriculture Sector Development Project with the Asian Development Bank.
