Her seminar program, ‘Success in Central America’, offers a realistic view of the social, cultural, and professional differences foreigners face in the region. She presents solutions and teaches coping skills for dealing with some of these challenges– so that your time, your life, or your business in Central America is more productive, profitable and enjoyable.

Gail has managed and consulted for real estate development projects in Belize, the Bay Islands of Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. She has served on the Board of Directors for Grupo Del Sol, one of the region’s most successful real estate development groups, and has been instrumental in consulting and serving on the Board of Directors during the implementation of several Property Owners Associations throughout Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. Gail and her team have worked with developers from concept to completion to help them design and market their projects successfully to the first world.

She was Treasurer of the Pacific Riviera Developers Association in Nicaragua, and a founding member of the Sustainable Tourism Development Association of the Pearl Islands, served for two years as Chair of the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Panama. She is currently a member of both the National Developers Association and the Real Estate Chamber of Nicaragua.
