Dr. Andreas Baumann, a partner in the M&A tax and transactions team at TPA in Vienna, has been named Corporate Tax Expert of the Year in Austria at the 2024 Corporate INTL Global Awards. Baumann is a tax adviser, lawyer and business consultant with more than twenty years of experience concentrated in the transactions field.
