Dr Daniel N. Erasmus

Dr Daniel N. Erasmus focuses on tax controversy with a general emphasis on complex domestic and international issues, and a particular emphasis on transfer pricing issues. His more than 29 years’ experience includes all aspects of income tax planning, Revenue Service administrative proceedings, and tax dispute resolution. Daniel holds a PhD in tax and constitutional law, is an international tax adjunct professor teaching International Tax and Transfer Pricing through Middlesex University (London), and author of numerous tax textbooks on tax risk management.

TRM™ is a multidisciplinary world-wide practice with lawyers and accountants as senior consultants versed in international and domestic tax in the United States and Africa. Of particular importance is the ability of TRM to identify the real issues in the light of BEPS and the developing transfer pricing landscape (actual and perceived).
