Terence Lee

Mr. Terence Lee is the Managing Partner of the Hong Kong office specializing in product liability practice in Asia. Mr. Lee is an international trial lawyer who has successfully handled complex products, commercial, construction, land and trust litigation and arbitrations around Asia, including many in the challenging jurisdictions of Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC, Taiwan, Macau, Korea, Japan, India and Sri Lanka. He frequently travels around the globe advising the clients with their product issues, litigation disputes and regulatory concerns. He also gives presentations and trainings around the globe on various product liability issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lee advised listed companies in Malaysia and Hong Kong in their commercial deals, including mergers and acquisitions, multi-national contracts and joint venture agreement. He was also involved in many cross-border transactions and litigations in Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, PRC and Vietnam.
