Isabelle Charlier

Isabelle is a partner and co-head of the Corporate Practice Group at Wildgen. She specialises in business, corporate and commercial law. Her field of expertise also includes logistics and transport, and in particular, maritime and aviation law.

Isabelle is a recognised expert in Luxembourg company law and a specialist in multi-jurisdictional deals, advising on global transactional mandates. Her practice focuses on the assistance and representation of scaling and mature international companies in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and financing/refinancing matters.
She also represents a variety of private equity houses and investors in connection with their investments in or through Luxembourg and helps clients on the process of obtaining business licenses necessary to carry on their activities in Luxembourg.

In addition, Isabelle has extensive experience and knowledge in aircraft and vessels purchase, finance and operating leases, commercial transactions and regulatory matters in relation to maritime and aviation activities. She provides her clients with a high-standard and comprehensive service, representing the full spectrum of those involved in the industry, including ship owners, shipyards and charterers, airlines and aircraft owners, banks, governments and brokers.
