Aly Hussein

Aly Hussein is a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions department at Badran Law Firm in Cairo, Egypt. He was named Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year in Egypt at the 2024 Corporate INTL Global Awards, a distinction reflecting his role in advising corporate clients on financing arrangements and complex transactional matters in the Egyptian market.

He completed his undergraduate studies in the United Kingdom, graduating with a business degree from Kingston University in 2011, and obtained a law degree from the University of Law in 2014. He has also pursued postgraduate legal study at the University of California, Berkeley, adding an international dimension to his understanding of corporate and finance law.
