Born in 1970, Marc is a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1998.
He worked firms Cotty & Associés (1998-2001), Brandford-Griffith Baverez-Cotty (2001-2002) and Bird & Bird (September 2002), before being promoted to associate Bird & Bird in May 2003.
Marc is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Economic and Financial section) and a degree of Icade (Madrid - Spain) and the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), as well as a Masters degree in International Business Law (Paris I).
In addition to commercial litigation, Marc has developed a strong expertise in corporate structures.
Marc is a graduate of IFOMENE mediator, a member of the Association of European Ombudsmen.
Coming from a family of scientists, passionate innovation and technology, Marc is the founder of a business club dedicated to innovative entrepreneurs (the Exciting Business Club). He held the legal review of the French edition of Technology Review, a monthly magazine published by MIT, and now holds the legal review of GREEN BUSINESS magazine dedicated to companies in the sustainability sector. It also focuses on BFM Radio on the show "Green Business" Nathalie Crusader. You can also find these in our section chronic podcast.
He hosts a seminar entitled innovative companies at the Ecole Nationale des Mines de Paris.
Marc is particularly familiar areas of television, film, Internet (Web 2.0) and new energy.
Marc founded in January 2009 Bamboo & Bees firm dedicated to innovative companies and technologies. It is one of the mentors of Camping Silicon Sentier.
Marc was speaker of TEDx Alsace in 2010 and 2011 , and SudWeb in 2011 and 2013 .
